Aliath is managed by President and founder Dominique Druon.
The leader’s strategy must be at the heart of corporate governance
Dominique Druon was CEO for nearly 20 years of subsidiaries and country affiliates (France, UK, USA, Middle East), before joining the top management of Altran, a listed global corporation in technology and innovation consulting.
She has a solid track record for the development, structuring and restructuring of industrial and service companies, in France as well as abroad.
She is hailed today for her ability to develop industrial projects alongside her peers, in constant search of performance and growth. She has also built a solid reputation for selecting the talents necessary to the achievement of strategic objectives.
In 2011, Dominique Druon created Aliath, driven by the strong conviction that a successful company is one that benefits from the alignment of corporate governance with the leader’s strategy. A governance advisory firm, Aliath helps medium-sized companies to develop and achieve successfully their corporate mission.
Certified by the ESSEC business school, Dominique Druon is now an independant Board director of the April group (listed on the SBF 120) and a Board director associated to the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement (FSI, or Strategic Investment Fund, the French sovereign fund). She is an active member of the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA, or French Institute of Directors), of Administrateurs Professionnels Indépendants Associés (APIA, or Association of professional independent Directors), of Women Corporate Directors (WCD), and of the Centre d’Etudes Prospectives et Stratégiques (CEPS, or Centre for prospective and strategic studies).
As a Business Angel within Finance et Technologie (Finance and Technology), a start-up fund for the digital economy in the Saclay area, she is in a position to identify the emerging drivers of the innovation sector.
